If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Perth BioTech are offered strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are:

  • Not intended for human or animal consumption

  • Not supplied as medicines, supplements, or therapeutic goods

  • Not accompanied by medical, health, or diagnostic claims

By purchasing from Perth BioTech, you confirm that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution, or purchasing on behalf of one

  • You understand and accept the research-only nature of the products

  • You will use all products solely within appropriate laboratory or research environments

2. Eligibility to Purchase

Products are supplied only to individuals or entities capable of lawfully purchasing and using research materials.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Request additional information to verify purchaser suitability

  • Decline supply at our discretion

3. Product Information & Availability

We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and availability are accurate. However:

  • Product details may change without notice

  • COA availability may vary by batch

  • Images are for reference only

We do not guarantee continuous availability of any product.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices:

  • May change without notice

  • Exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless specified

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled from Australia and shipped to approved delivery addresses.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only. Perth BioTech is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs or regulatory processes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are generally not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only where:

  • Products are damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items are supplied

Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

7. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Where available, products may be supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) or batch documentation.

COAs are provided for research reference purposes only and do not imply approval for any non-research use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Perth BioTech excludes all liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse or improper handling of products

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Use of products is entirely at the purchaser’s risk once supplied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law where such exclusion is not permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and layout, is the property of Perth BioTech unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy
